Your right to change your mind
You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.
How to return
- Tell us within 14 days by email to info@maison-varo.online, with your order number, or send us the form below.
- Send the items back within 14 days of telling us, to: 45-49 rue de Bellechasse, 75007 Paris, France.
- Items must be unworn and unwashed, with their tags. A look is returned complete, with all its pieces.
Cost of return
The cost of sending items back is paid by you, unless the item is faulty or not what you ordered; in that case we pay.
Refund
We refund the full price and the original standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method. We may wait until we have received the items or proof that you have sent them back.
If items come back worn or damaged, the refund may be reduced by the loss in value.
Exchanges
To change a size, return the look and place a new order.
