1. Scope
These terms apply to all orders placed on maison-varo.online by consumers living in the European Union. By placing an order, you accept these terms.
2. Seller
The seller is Maison Varo SARL, 45-49 rue de Bellechasse, 75007 Paris, France, info@maison-varo.online. Full details are on the Legal Notice page.
3. Products
Each product is a complete look sold as one set. The pieces included are listed on each product page.
Product photos show the look as styled. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Some images may be generated with artificial intelligence for illustration purposes.
4. Prices
Prices are in euros and include VAT. Delivery costs are shown before you confirm your order.
5. Orders
Your order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock or a price is clearly wrong; you are then refunded in full.
6. Payment
Payment is made online when you order, using the methods shown at checkout. Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider; we never see your full card details.
7. Delivery
We deliver to the 27 countries of the European Union. Delivery times and costs are on the Shipping page. You become responsible for the goods when they are delivered to you.
8. Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason. How to do it is explained on the Returns & Refunds page, which also contains the model withdrawal form.
9. Legal guarantees
All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for 2 years from delivery, under the consumer law of your country of residence. If a product is faulty or does not match its description, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it at no cost to you.
10. Personal data
We process your data only to handle your orders, as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Complaints and disputes
For any complaint, write to info@maison-varo.online; we reply within 2 working days.
The mandatory consumer protection of your country of residence always applies, and you may bring a claim before the courts of your country.
