What we collect
- Order details: name, delivery and billing address, email, phone and the products ordered.
- Account details, if you create an account.
- The messages you send us.
- Technical data needed to run the site: IP address and essential cookies for your bag and language.
We do not collect your full card details: payments are handled by our payment provider.
Why we use it
- To process and deliver your order (performance of the contract).
- To keep invoices and accounting records (legal obligation).
- To answer your messages and handle returns (performance of the contract and our legitimate interest).
- To keep the site secure (legitimate interest).
We do not sell your data and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Who receives it
Only the providers we need to run the shop: our hosting provider (Regxa Company for Information Technology Ltd, servers in Germany), our payment provider and the carrier that delivers your order.
Where your data is stored
Your data is stored on servers in Germany, inside the European Union.
How long we keep it
- Order and invoice data: as long as accounting law requires (up to 10 years).
- Customer account: until you delete it.
- Messages: up to 3 years after our last exchange.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to limit or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to info@maison-varo.online. You can also complain to the data protection authority of your country (in France, the CNIL).
Cookies
The site only uses cookies it needs to work: your bag, your language and, if you log in, your session. They do not require your consent.
